Moving Truck Rental Policy and Reservation

Our moving truck is provided as a complimentary service to our valued customers for the purpose of moving items into a newly rented storage unit.

1. Eligibility:
   Use of the moving truck is available exclusively to customers currently renting a storage unit and is subject to availability.

2. Required Documentation:
   Before picking up the truck, renters must provide a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance.

3. Fuel Responsibility:
   The truck is provided on an honor system. Renters are responsible for all fuel used and must return the vehicle with a full tank of gas.

4. Usage Limits:
   The truck may be used for one day of local commuting only and must be returned at least one hour before the facility closes.

5. Policy Enforcement:
   Failure to comply with any of the above requirements will result in the permanent loss of truck rental privileges. No exceptions will be made.

By confirming this reservation, you agree to abide by all terms outlined in the full Rental Agreement signed at the facility office.
