Moving Truck Rental Policy and Reservation

Our moving truck is provided as a complimentary service to our valued customers for the purpose of moving items into a newly rented storage unit.

1. Eligibility: Use of the truck is limited to customers renting a unit and is subject to availability.

2. Required Documentation: Prior to pick-up, the renter must present a valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance.

3. Deposit & Fees: A refundable security deposit of $150 may be required. The renter is responsible for all fuel consumed and must return the truck with the fuel gauge reading the same level as recorded at pick-up.

4. Usage Limits: The rental period is limited to 1 day / 50 miles (whichever comes first) unless otherwise agreed upon. Late returns or exceeding the mileage limit will incur a fee of $[Amount] per hour / $[Amount] per mile.

By confirming this reservation, you agree to abide by all terms outlined in the full Rental Agreement signed at the facility office.
